About Us Bellevue Animal Hospital was started in 1985 as a group. Dr. Ted Clark purchased the practice in July 2009 and is now the sole owner. The Bellevue Animal Hospital offers full service medical and surgical services to dogs, cats, avian and exotic patients. The goal of the Bellevue Animal Hospital is to continue to give the best veterinary care possible.
